BYD has officially launched the 2025 Tang L, a mid-size SUV offering six variants priced from approximately $32,200 to $40,600 USD. Based on BYD’s advanced e-Platform 3.0, the Tang L is available in both pure electric (EV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) versions, designed to cater to drivers who demand performance, efficiency, and tech.

The Tang L introduces the new “Loong Face” design, blending sleek modern lines with Chinese-inspired elements. Its bold front features a closed grille and distinctive “dragon whisker” LED lights, while a folding fan-inspired grille adds cultural flair and functional airflow. The sculpted side profile includes hidden handles and low-drag wheels, while the rear features taillights inspired by phoenix feathers and bamboo weaving—blending beauty with function.
